Important:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Products purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale.”
Gift cards or promotional items.
Customized or personalized items.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the courier assigned for pickup.
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be issued as store credit or replacement items only.
Store credit can be used on any future purchase at Camp Grovia.
